How do I sign in and use my IKEA Family account?

To collect points, use rewards, access member discounts, and save your receipts digitally, simply scan your IKEA Family card in store or log into your account online. If you’re not identified as a member, the benefits of the membership cannot be applied then or once a purchase is completed.

How to sign in to IKEA Family in-store and online: 
  • On the IKEA App: Log in to your IKEA Family account within the app for iOS or Android. This will give you access to your IKEA Family card for in-store use and automatically apply your benefits when you shop through the app. 
  • On IKEA.comLog in to your IKEA Family account before you start shopping or at checkout. You can log in using your email and password, or a one-time code can be sent to the email address on file.
  • In an IKEA store: When visiting an IKEA store, you can identify yourself as an IKEA Family member at the checkout, or in the Customer Service area by using one of the following options: 
    • Swiping your physical IKEA Family card (if you still have one) 
    • Scanning your digital membership card  
    • Entering your membership details, such as your phone number or email address
    • Showing a valid form of identification, such as, a driver’s license, a national ID card, or a passport
  • For IKEA Family services: When using certain connected services, like the Energy Manager in the IKEA Home smart app, you may need to verify your membership by providing your social security number, email, or IKEA Family card number. 
Please note that we no longer issue new physical IKEA Family cards. If you lose your existing card, you may always use any of the options above.
