What if I have problems paying online?

 Payment fails

If you are attempting to make an online payment and it fails, consider re-entering your payment details or using an alternative payment method.
If you are trying to pay with a credit or debit card, make sure that:
  • You’ve entered the card details correctly (name, card number and CVV).
  • You have sufficient funds.
In case the payment still fails, you might need to contact your bank.

My voucher, coupon or discount code is not accepted

IKEA coupons and discount codes generally have a limited validity and expiration date. If you can't apply your coupon/discount code, make sure that you first check that it's still valid. Some coupons and discount codes can also be used only on a selection of products, so make sure you check what conditions apply.

Payment through an Order PayLink provided by a customer service representative

If you are attempting to use an Order PayLink and it fails, try the following options:
  • Check your email and make sure that the link is still valid.
  • Open a different browser and copy the link into the address bar. You should be able to see the payment page.
  • If you cannot find the email in your inbox, please check the Spam folder.
If you have already tried all the above recommendations and you are still facing issues with the payment, the link is not valid or you have not received the email containing the Order PayLink, you can contact IKEA Customer Service online by typing “I want to talk to a human” in the chat, or by calling 1-888-888-4532. 

What if I have problems paying on the IKEA App?
