After use, my product stopped working. Is there a warranty?
All of our products are carefully tested before being sold. However, if something goes wrong and you notice a quality issue over time, you have an extended warranty period for a number of our products.
To submit a claim, please visit our contact us page. You will need to provide your proof of purchase (receipt or order number) when contacting us. If you used your IKEA Family membership at the time of purchase, you can find your purchase history by logging in to your Family profile. If you do not have the receipt, please contact us and we will try to verify your purchase.

You are welcome to bring your merchandise to our Returns Desk; however, any exceptions to our Return Policy will be determined after physical inspection of the items and cannot be advised in advance.
