Good to know

Even though laminate is a durable material you should never place hot pots or pans directly on the countertop without a trivet or pot stand.

Not suitable for use in damp rooms.

Care

Wipe clean with a soft cloth dampened with water and a mild dish detergent or soap, if necessary.

Wipe dry with a clean cloth.

Do not place a toaster, coffee maker, kettle or other kitchen appliances that emit heat directly over a seam between two countertops because the heat can damage the seam.

To prevent permanent stains on the countertop, wipe clean spills or messes immediately with a soft cloth dampened in water and a mild washing-up detergent or soap.

Safety and compliance

Supporting legs are required when an overhang exceeds 10". The maximum distance between these legs should not be more than 32".

Scratches easily! LyndseyThe counters look good, but scratch so easily! Fortunately I picked the black marble, so the scratches are “hidden” in the design, but I worry about what can get in those scratches and how well those spots will hold up over time. Be very very gentle on these counters. 2
Easy to InstallChristinaWe used this for the kitchen counter tops and looks amazing and very easy to work with - however the price just skyrocketed (only reason I gave 4 stars). I paid $79 i believe and now it's over $100+. Not sure if that's because of tarriffs or what but I came back to buy another one and OOF. Not sure if I'll buy right now plus have to pay shipping on it. 4

Inspect carefullyBrianWe purchased this countertop to be used as an arts and crafts counter. Upon unboxing, the rounded edge of the countertop seems to be crushed right in the center. Upon looking closer at the cardboard, you can see there must have been a strap that holds them together while shipping that caused this damage. I saved the cardboard, and will hopefully be able to exchange it. Unfortunately, and probably part of the reason why, this one was the last one in stock at the store. It’s been 4 weeks and still out of stock. Hopefully they take it back when replacements are finally available.1

Got the 98 inch variant to use as a computer desk, works surprisingly great. DevonGot 2 Alex drawers on each side, drilled a 47 inch table stiffner rail underneath in the middle to prevent bend. Been working great since end of 2020. I might even look into getting a standing desk frame and turning this desk setup into a standing desk setup. It would be hard to purchase such a massive desk setup for less than what a the countertop cost and few drawers. Fits laptop, desktop, 42 inch monitor (multiple 27 inch monitors in the past), game consoles, etc.... with space left over for a flat desk workspace when needed. Cable management is easy, many cables hide behind the drawers, and a few cable management strips/boxes hide much of any cables/power strips. It honestly might have been overkill, and maybe I'll downsize to 74 inches or slightly smaller, but it's a beautiful desk. 5
