Sturdy and Practical Junior ChairElisabettaThe IKEA URBAN Junior Chair in white is a great choice for kids and it’s easy to clean, which is a big plus for everyday use! The simple design also fits nicely with most home interiors.
One suggestion for improvement would be to offer this chair in more color options, not just white!
Another helpful improvement would be to add a non-slip feature on the lower bar where children place their feet when climbing up. Adding a rubber grip surface would make it easier and safer for kids to get seated on their own.
Overall, it’s a very good and practical chair!
Will murder your toesLynnIt’s cheap, it’s the right height, my kid uses it. But the back feet stick out at just the wrong angle and it has caught every adult in the household by the toes. Nobody is safe. I’m sure it’s meant for stability but it’s a terrible rear leg design.
Tripping HazardDarcyThe rear legs stick out so far that my toddlers and I trip over them almost every time we walk by. Hard to see why the designers didn't push the front legs forward a couple inches and the rear legs in. If so these would be great little chairs and just as stable. As is, I'd only buy them if you can put them where they're out of foot traffic. I've actually used pieces of foam pool noodles to sleeve the bottom legs so that at least we'll have that cushion when we stub our toes.

Perfect for graduating from a baby high chair!JanaOur granddaughter is 2+ and not interested in her highchair anymore! She's not tall enough to sit in an adult chair so we needed to find an affordable and safe alternative. This chair is perfect. She can climb into it by herself and feels like part of the family sitting at the table. It is VERY stable so we don't have any worries when she climbs in and out.
