Poor qualityAnonymous reviewerThe plunger (stick and mesh) kept getting stuck and detached. Regardless how tight it’s screwed. It works when empty but not after putting in the coffee grounds and tea.
850ml Coffee PlungerYewThe Volume (850ml) is good. However, the cover is unable to completely cover the upper portion of the rim, hence hot water vapour will be able to escape from the mouth of the glass container while we steep the coffee. This means the coffee will not be as hot as we would like it to be. Hope IKEA can improve on this.
The smaller Coffee Plunger is fine as its cover can completely cover the upper portion of the glass container.
lovely for making teaJinI receive a lot of gifts of loose leaf tea. This helps me enjoy the tea I would otherwise have to throw out. Pricey though, I wish the 400ml smaller sized french press would be under $10 instead.
