Opened first shorter handle plastic pack. the packet of 4 screws were there. On opening the 2nd shorter handle plastic pack, the packet of 4 screws were missing.
Have not opened the other packets.

Misaligned ScrewNazriOne handle works perfectly. The other handle has one screw that was misaligned and it was causing much difficulty to screw it in fully. Eventually, I had to use my own screw washer to tighten between the screw and the handle.
