Great heat conduction and easy to cleanTangHappy to find this as I was switching to a stainless steel pan. Size is right for me. Heat conduction is very good, so I don’t have use high fire level, but important to keep watch so that food doesn’t stick to pan. Just use normal soft sponge for washing after soaking in some baking soda and after frying fish, some lemon juice will also help.5

First stainless steel pan.ShilaBought this to replace my Teflon pan. Heard that stainless steel is hard to use as it's non-stick. So far it has been great for me. Though it uses more oil in comparison to Teflon pans as heated oil is required to make it temporarily non-stick. For the price, I'd say this is a good starter pan to transition to steel pans. It's slightly heavy but not as heavy as cast iron.5

a good stainless steel panLionelpretty good if you are upgrading from non stick pan to stainless steel to have healthier cooking. Easier to maintain than a cast iron and can be used for steak. Do note it doesn't rust but will still be stained easily even though its stainless5
