Great heat conduction and easy to cleanTangHappy to find this as I was switching to a stainless steel pan. Size is right for me. Heat conduction is very good, so I don’t have use high fire level, but important to keep watch so that food doesn’t stick to pan. Just use normal soft sponge for washing after soaking in some baking soda and after frying fish, some lemon juice will also help.
