Nothing beats a good night’s sleep or a nice cosy nap, so much so that 20% of people globally report that napping is one of the things that brings the most joy. Finding ways to improve sleep can be tricky, but through well-researched solutions, a good night’s sleep is never out of reach.

Creating the right temperature helps improve sleep, according to 1 in 3 people in our research. Similarly, we found out that there are simple ways to improve the quality of sleep by getting the basics in place, like the right lights and improvements to comfort.
