Endurance Challenge Terms & Conditons

  1. HEJ-FIT Endurance Challenge is open to all IKEA family members, limited to one challenge per day per IKEA family member. Participants must be above 18 years of age.
  2. Challengers must report to the registration counter at least 15 minutes before their scheduled challenge time.
  3. Challengers must remain contactable from the time of registration up to their allocated challenge start time, via the phone number provided during registration.
  4. Any challenger who cannot be contacted by phone or who arrives later than ten (10) minutes before the challenge start time will be deemed to have forfeited their slot.
  5. The challenge is not open to IKEA co-workers and contractors.
  6. The event organiser, This is Anagram Pte. Ltd., reserves the right to reallocate forfeited slots to other challengers without prior notice.
  7. IKEA reserves the right to change the terms or duration of the event at any time.
  8. Participants must ensure that they are physically and mentally fit to take part in the event. Participants with medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns will not be allowed to participate. For safety reasons, pregnant individuals are not eligible toparticipate in this event.
  9. By participating in the event, participants agree to comply with all event rules, safety guidelines and instructions from IKEA staff or event personnel at all times.
  10. IKEA reserves the right to disqualify any participants for unsafe conduct, disruptive behaviour or failure to follow instructions, without prior notice.
  11. IKEA reserves the right to cancel the event without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, resulting from such cancellation.
  12. IKEA shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons which at any time may have suffered or sustained during the event.
  13. By participating or entering the premises, you consent to IKEA, IKEA staff, IKEA affiliates and appointed partners to capture or record their photos and videos during the event and grant the rights of possession of the above-described and have full permission to use for marketing purposes.
  14. By participating in this event, participants give permission to IKEA, IKEA staff, IKEA affiliates and appointed partners to process the participants’ personal data, which is provided through the registration form entries for event purposes.
  15. All participants are required to submit a completed Indemnity Form before the start of the event.
  16. By registering for the event, participants consent to Ikano Pte. Ltd. and its appointed event organiser, This is Anagram Pte. Ltd. to the collection, use and processing oftheir personal data for the purposes of event administration, coordination, communication and safety management.
