How do you prepare for a meeting with our Home design specialist?

1. Explore your needs and gather inspiration

Consider the style, colors, and materials you like. Feel free to browse through our inspiration gallery for ideas.

2. Show us what you like

What kind of interior are you dreaming of? If you don't have any ideas yet, the interior designer will suggest solutions tailored to your space.

3. Measure and photograph the room

Measure all the walls and take some photos of the room. THis will help us gain a better understanding of the space we'll be designing together.

Here you can see how different colours and materials work together and get a good sense of how the room will feel as a whole.

Product list

The list shows article numbers, so you can easily order online. If you are at one of our stores, we will help you by providing you with a pick list of shelf locations.

Floor plans

Our home design specialist will draw up a plan according to the different functions and activities of the room so that you get a solution with a good flow. You will also receive suggestions for textiles and interior décor.

Step 1: Fill up questionnaire

Leave your details and your design requirements.

Step 2: Let us contact you

We will connect with you shortly to set up an appointment.

Step 3: 1^st appointment

Bring your floor plans to discuss your functional needs, design style and space aspirations.

Step 4: Site measurement

We will arrange a site measurement to get a detailed dimension of the space.

Step 5: Design finalisation

2^nd appointment to discuss the proposal in greater details. A final 3^rd appointment will follow to finalise the design and the furniture selection.

Step 6: Assembly and installation

Let us know your project timeline and we will arrange the delivery and assembly accordingly to meet your schedule.

FAQ

Yes! We offer a professional measuring service for your kitchen and one bathroom at $40. An incremental fee of $40 applies for each additional space. For example, the cost to measure a 2-room studio BTO flat (i.e. kitchen, bathroom, living room and a bedroom) will cost $120.

This service is highly recommended to ensure that everything will look as planned. However, not all spaces require measurements, speak to our Home design specialist to find out more.
Your proposal may take up to 2 weeks to complete; please note that timings may vary depending on the size of the project and specialist availability. Your specialist will provide an estimated completion date after assessing the needs of your space and discussing your project in detail during the first appointment. Please share if you have a completion date in mind, and we will do our best to accommodate.
