Can I use metal utensils in Teflon pots and pans?
To preserve the quality of your Teflon pots and pans, we recommend using utensils made of plastic, wood or silicone. These materials are gentle on the coating and help the cookware to last longer. We advise against using metal utensils, as they can scratch and damage the Teflon surface.
The same applies for cleaning: use mild detergents and soft cleaning tools, and preferably avoid the dishwasher to help the cookware last longer.
