Can I exchange my product for another one?

Have you changed your mind or got the wrong product? No problem! You will get your money back if you regret your purchase and the item* is unused. Visit one of our many stores or contact our customer service.

*You have a 365 days to return the products except used products, installed appliances, custom made countertops and wall tiles. Bring your receipt to the store or contact our customer service for further assistance with the return. Once the return is completed, you can buy a new product to exchange it with.
