What does Sleep on the matter guarantee mean?
When you buy a sprung mattress, sprung base* or foam mattress* at IKEA, you have a full 90‑day exchange period and the opportunity to sleep on it. It takes approximately 28 nights for your body to adjust to a new mattress. If, within this period, you find that your new sprung mattress, sprung base or foam mattress* is too soft or too firm, simply come back. We will help you exchange it for another mattress!
Please note that your sprung mattress, sprung base* or foam mattress* must be in good condition, and the original receipt or original delivery note is required as proof of purchase for the 90‑day exchange period to apply.
If you have any questions or concerns, you are welcome to contact our customer service, and we'll help you look into it.
*The guarantee does not apply to the foam mattresses ÅGOTNES and ÅFJÄLL, or the sprung bases JÄRNUDDA and RANDÅSEN.
