How do I remove a RATIONELL drawer purchased between February 2009 and September 2013?
The RATIONELL drawer is removable, but it requires the correct grip on the front panel to be released easily.
How to safely remove the drawer:
- Pull the drawer out completely until it reaches its end position.
- Grip the front of the drawer with both hands.
Important: Do not hold the rails, as they may get damaged. - Lift the drawer straight up with a firm pull.
You will feel slight resistance before it releases from the rails. - Once the drawer is detached, lift it out of the frame and place it on a secure surface.
The drawer is now completely removed and ready to be replaced or cleaned.

To remove the drawer front from a RATIONELL drawer purchased after February 2009, tilt up the plastic part located on the outside of the drawer and then pull it straight out from the drawer. Repeat this on both sides of the drawer to remove the drawer front.
