What counts as a receipt?
What counts as a receipt for your particular purchase depends on where you made the purchase. There are three different types of receipts and all of them counts as a valid proof of purchase when you contact us.
When you shop directly in one of our stores, the cash register receipt you receive at the checkout counts as your receipt. It clearly shows which products you bought and when the purchase was made.
If you shop online, an e-receipt will be sent to the e-mail address you provided when ordering. This works in the same way as a regular receipt and only needs to be saved digitally.
If you have shopped by phone, chat or email with one of our sales representatives, it's the order confirmation you receive that serves as your receipt. It contains all the information about your purchase and is fully valid as a proof of purchase.
