Where can I as a Business customer find my receipt number when receiving an invoice?
If you as a business customer shop by using an invoice, your receipt number will be shown on the invoice. If you have placed an order, an order number will instead appear on the invoice.
If you are a business customer shopping on invoice, your receipt number will be shown on the invoice provided that you've used the register at the store. If you have placed an order, an order number will instead appear on the invoice.
You can find your invoice number either directlty on your invoice, by emailing faktura.se@IKEA.com or by contacting IKEA customer service.
