I have paid for more products than I have purchased, what should I do?
If you have paid for more products than you have taken home, check your receipt and write down what is incorrect. You can then visit your nearest IKEA store or contact us. Remember to have your proof of purchase, such as a receipt, available when contacting us.
When you contact us, we will first need to know which products are missing. We will then contact the store where you shopped to verify your information with the inventory. If we can confirm the incorrect payment, we will refund you for the missing products.
