I have purchased a product that now has a reduced price, can I get the difference back?
At IKEA, we want to give our customers the best possible prices. If you bought an item within two weeks before a promotion or price reduction, you can get a price adjustment by showing your receipt, with a few exceptions.
- You must be able to present a receipt for the product you wish to have price adjusted.
- You must request the price adjustment while the promotion or price reduction is active at IKEA.
- At the time of purchase, you must not have used any other offer or promotion.
- It is not possible to combine multiple offers to receive additional discounts within the same product range, and this also applies to price adjustments.
- Price adjustment does not apply to custom made worktop and wall panel.
- Price adjustments do not apply to local promotions at our stores or discount codes used during events such as IKEA Live Shopping.
- Price adjustments do not apply to personal offers or coupon codes sent via email or in the app.
