Can I get a copy of my receipt?
If you registered your IKEA Family membership when making your purchase, you can print a copy of your receipt via your IKEA Family profile. An order confirmation for your purchase is also valid as a receipt. If no IKEA Family membership was registered at the time of purchase, we’re unable to provide a copy of the receipt.
You can find your registered purchases under your IKEA Family profile under purchase history. Log in to your IKEA Family profile.
- Once you have logged in to your IKEA Family profile, go to "See your purchases".
- Select the purchase from which you want to print a receipt copy.
- Press the big black button on the left "Manage My Purchase".
- Select "view receipt" in the box that appears on the right.
- Here you can choose to print your receipt.
Please note that an order confirmation also counts as a receipt, if you did not register an IKEA Family card at the time of purchase, we are unfortunately unable to produce a copy of the receipt.
