I have lost something during a visit to one of your stores, what do I do?
Have you lost your personal belongings at one of our stores? All lost and found items will be published in an online service called iLost which can help you find your personal item. Click on the link below to get to iLost.
Go to iLost or contact IKEA customer service.
If you are sure that you have forgotten an IKEA product in store, we recommend that you go back to the store. Bought but lost IKEA products can be picked up at customer service. Bring your receipt to be able to prove the purchase.
