How do I return items as a business customer?
Regardless of whether you as a business customer purchased your item at IKEA.se, in a store or abroad, you are always welcome to return your item at any IKEA store in Sweden*.
A 365-day return policy gives you as a business customer your money back if you change your mind and have an unused item with an associated receipt. This applies to everything except our custom made worktops, custom made wall panel, food and installed appliances.
You need to bring proof of purchase such as your invoice, order number or receipt to the nearest department store or call our company department on 0775-700 700.
