How do I shop as a business customer at IKEA?
As a business customer, you can shop online, in our IKEA stores or through our customer service. Make sure you have your physical business card or customer/card number close at hand. If you have recently applied to become a business customer with us, remember to keep an eye out for your welcome email that will be sent out when your customer number has been created.
- Log in to your IKEA Business Network account.
- Add the desired products to your shopping cart.
- Choose the delivery option, delivery date, and fill in the contact details.
- Enter the 10‑digit card number and your invoice reference.
- Complete your order.
- Log in to your IKEA Business Network account at checkout.
- Enter your 10‑digit card number and your invoice reference, or select the bank/credit card you wish to pay with.
- Complete your purchase at checkout.
When purchasing with a requisition/authorisation, it is important that the following criteria appear on the purchase documentation. Your own requisition form is also valid as long as the following criteria are included:
- 10-digit business invoice cardnumber
- Name and personal identity number of the authorised person (the person who will be making the purchase)
- Invoice reference
- A valid Swedish identification together with the purchase documentation
- Customer/card number
- Contact details (phone number, email address, delivery address)
- Invoice reference
If you don't have a business account with IKEA, you can easily apply for a Business Invoice account with us.
