How do I shop as a business customer at IKEA?

As a business customer, you can shop online, in our IKEA stores or through our customer service. Make sure you have your physical business card or customer/card number close at hand. If you have recently applied to become a business customer with us, remember to keep an eye out for your welcome email that will be sent out when your customer number has been created.

Shop online
  1. Log in to your IKEA Business Network account.
  2. Add the desired products to your shopping cart.
  3. Choose the delivery option, delivery date, and fill in the contact details.
  4. Enter the 10‑digit card number and your invoice reference.
  5. Complete your order.
If you wish to place your order against a Framework agreement invoice, you need to contact our business customer service.
Shop in department stores
  1. Log in to your IKEA Business Network account at checkout.
  2. Enter your 10‑digit card number and your invoice reference, or select the bank/credit card you wish to pay with.
  3. Complete your purchase at checkout.
If you wish to place your order against a Framework agreement invoice, you need to contact the business unit in the store or business customer service.
Are you shopping using a requisition/authorisation?
When purchasing with a requisition/authorisation, it is important that the following criteria appear on the purchase documentation. Your own requisition form is also valid as long as the following criteria are included:
  • 10-digit business invoice cardnumber
  • Name and personal identity number of the authorised person (the person who will be making the purchase)
  • Invoice reference
  • A valid Swedish identification together with the purchase documentation

To place an order via phone or email, you will need to provide the following information:
  • Customer/card number
  • Contact details (phone number, email address, delivery address)
  • Invoice reference
