I have received a credit note as a business customer, how do I redeem it?
Credit invoices are issued by IKEA when refunds are processed for business customers who paid using an invoicing solution.
If you have received a credit note from IKEA, you have two options for using it. You can either have the amount paid into an account or use it against a debit invoice. The credit note usually relates to a return or another type of reimbursement. If you have any questions about what it refers to, or how to use your credit note, please contact us at faktura.se@ikea.com
