Yes! We want you to feel confident shopping with us and if your bedding textiles, duvets, or pillows are unused, you have an open purchase period of 365 days, just like with our other products.
Have you opened and thrown away the packaging? No worries, you can still return your items as we offer a 365-day open purchase policy.
To help you with a return, the product must be intact, clean, and unused, and you’ll need to bring your receipt or order number when returning your purchase.
