About IKEA Portugal
IKEA retailing has more than 80 years of history, but we believe we are just at the beginning, and we are developing a new world of IKEA retailing right now. IKEA Portugal opened its first store in Alfragide in 2004, and since then it has been opening larger and smaller stores, collection points and planning studios.

We are a unique team
IKEA entered Portugal in 2004 with the opening of IKEA Alfragide, and currently has 5 stores in the country - Alfragide, Loures, Loulé, Matosinhos and Braga - several plan and order studios and an online selling platform. In total, IKEA Portugal employs about 3,011 co-workers, receives about 15 million visits in physical stores annually and 48 million online.
