Potato pancakes with lingonberries
Your whole family will love these easy-peasy potato pancakes with a super tasty onion sauce and a dollop of lingonberry jam. Perfect for lazy weekend brunches!


Serves: 4 | Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
600 g ALLEMANSRÄTTEN mashed potatoes
1 pkg ALLEMANSRÄTTEN savoury sauce mix
SYLT LINGON lingonberry jam
3 dl cold water
1/2 dl whipping cream
2 eggs
3 tbsp butter
2 onions
Step by step:
- Prepare the mashed potatoes according to the instructions on the package. Mix in the eggs and shape the mixture into small pancakes.
- Fry the pancakes on medium heat in a frying pan with butter until they have a nice golden surface.
- Thinly slice the onions and fry them in butter until they are soft and golden.
- Prepare the sauce according to the instructions on the package, then add the onions.
- Serve the pancakes with lingonberry jam or fresh lingonberries.
