Serves: 4 | Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

600 g ALLEMANSRÄTTEN mashed potatoes

1 pkg ALLEMANSRÄTTEN savoury sauce mix

SYLT LINGON lingonberry jam 

3 dl cold water 

1/2 dl whipping cream 

2 eggs 

3 tbsp butter 

2 onions

Step by step:

  1. Prepare the mashed potatoes according to the instructions on the package. Mix in the eggs and shape the mixture into small pancakes.
  2. Fry the pancakes on medium heat in a frying pan with butter until they have a nice golden surface.
  3. Thinly slice the onions and fry them in butter until they are soft and golden.
  4. Prepare the sauce according to the instructions on the package, then add the onions.
  5. Serve the pancakes with lingonberry jam or fresh lingonberries.
