How to achieve the best bedroom lighting

Figuring out the best lighting for sleep is easy, just turn all the lights out! But there is so much more than sleeping going on in a bedroom: Waking up, getting dressed, relaxing, reading, winding down… Make sure to plan the light in separate zones for those different activities.

The main light is just the beginning

Most rooms have a main ceiling lamp, but there are ways to have a completely different light in the bedroom at different times: wall mounted lamps, integrated wardrobe lighting, floor lamps and rechargeable lamps to move around.
