This modern sauté pan in grey-turquoise aluminium cast has two spouts and strainers, sol-gel non-stick coating and beautiful wooden handles. Perfect for all dishes – and for serving directly from at the table.

Product details

KLIPPFISK sauté pan with lid has a modern and colourful design, making it perfect to place on the table and serve from.

Works well on all types of hobs, including induction hob.

The hardwearing sol-gel ceramic non-stick coating reduces the risk of food burning or getting stuck.

The sauté pan has two spouts and is therefore easy to use for both right- and left-handed cooks.

The lid has a soft closing silicone rim, handy thumb pads and 2 different strainers for a versatile usage

The glass lid allows you to monitor the contents of the pot during the cooking process.

Steam vent reduces pressure so that food does not easily boil over.

Comfortable wooden handles and knob make it easy to lift the sauté pan and remove the lid.

Made from aluminium, which spreads heat evenly and energy efficiently, and makes it easier to regulate heat so the food does not burn and stick.

The pan has a rounded interior, which makes stirring and beating easy.

Easy to use and clean by hand, thanks to the non-stick coating.

Suits well with KNORRHANE utensils and other products in the KLIPPFISK series.

    This product has a non-stick coating where no PTFE or other PFAS have been allowed.

    Wash this product before using it for the first time.

    Avoid heating a dry and empty frying pan too quickly, especially with the induction hob's booster function, as this can cause the pan to warp and negatively affect the coating's non-stick properties.

Material

What is sol-gel ceramic non-stick coating?

Sol-gel non-stick is often called ceramic coating and is an increasingly common replacement for other non-stick coatings in frying pans. It comprises mostly of silica and is created by applying a gel-like solution to the product and drying it in an oven. The result is a hard, glossy surface with non-stick properties. Sol-gel can be produced in different colours, it withstands high heat, is easy to use and clean – and allows cooking with little or no fat.
