Small spare parts

You can order free assembly parts (small spare parts) such as screws, knobs or plugs using our self service offering. The parts will be delivered directly to your home address in approximately three to five business days.

Bigger spare parts

We have many furniture spare parts available. You can ask about them at your IKEA store or by contacting our customer service centre.

Professional Service Provider

If you are a professional appliance service or maintenance provider and require parts to repair an IKEA appliance, replacement and spare parts can be ordered through our authorized partner, ASWO (ASWO International Service GmbH).
