Did you lose something in one of our stores? All lost items we find are placed on the iLost website. You can click on the lost and found button below, to see if your item has been found.
How to find and claim your lost item
Search for your lost item at IKEA by registering on the iLost website. To register on iLost, you must accept the privacy policy as iLost will be responsible for your data.
Click on the button below and select the store where you lost your item. If you find it, we will need to make sure that the item belongs to you. Please provide as much detailed information as possible to start the claiming process.
We collect the found items and place them on the website. If you can't find your item after 3 days, then, unfortunately, we have not found it.
You can also go to the store where you lost your item without registering on iLost.
