Removal service
When we deliver your new products, we can collect your old ones at an affordable price. The collected products will, where possible, be sent for recycling in accordance with best available waste management practices and local infrastructure. For items such as packaging, light bulbs and batteries, you can take them to an IKEA store for recycling.

Appliance removal upon delivery
When we deliver your new appliance, we can collect your old one. Please request collection when you schedule delivery.
Mattress removal upon delivery, 15€/unit
When we deliver your new mattress, we can collect your old mattress. Just indicate that you would like it collected as well when you schedule delivery.
Sofa/furniture removal upon delivery, 25€/unit
When we deliver your new sofa or furniture, we can collect your old furniture. Please indicate that you would like collection when you schedule delivery and assembly.
Useful information about the service
Small electrical and electronic equipment collection
Now, when you can't go to an IKEA store or an Electrão collection point, you can easily and free of charge dispose of your small electrical and electronic equipment that no longer works.
Simply hand them over to a carrier at a collection point near your home, and they will be sent for recycling by our partner Electrão.
