We love to see you in the store, but buying online is also a good option. Make your purchases and decide where you want to receive them: in the store, at a pick-up point or at an address of your choice.

How Click and Collect service works

  1. Put your desired items in your online shopping cart. 
  2. Select your favourite or nearest IKEA store under “Click & Collect”. 
  3. Choose an available collection time. Complete your order.
  4. Live life while we gather your items. We’ll notify you when we’re done.
  5. Go to your chosen IKEA store or collection point during your time slot.
  6. Collect your contact-free order, load it into your vehicle and drive home.

Useful information about the service

  • Want an order update? If you have an order confirmation number, you can track your order.
  • Due to high demand, time slots may be limited. Available times are listed during online check-out.
  • If you are unable to place an order at your desired IKEA store or collection point, please select another nearby location or remove an item from your basket that is out of stock.
  • Consider package dimensions and weights, so your order will fit in your vehicle. This information is on each product’s webpage.
  • Decide in advance who will collect your order. You can only list an alternate collector while placing your order.
  • During the collection with the Click and Collect service, you can always take the opportunity to visit the store to try out the pillow you want before buying it.
