How can I activate the guarantee online?
All of our products are extensively tested before being sold in our stores.
If something goes wrong and you notice a quality problem over time, you can count on an extended warranty period for several products - in addition to the legal guarantee.
To activate the guarantee for your article please, contact us. Make sure you have with you the purchase invoice for the item and, if possible, photographs where we can see the damage to the item.
