How can I update or close my IKEA Business Network account?

If you are an Administrator user, you can change your account details or cancel your account by logging in to your IKEA Business Network account page.

Once logged in, in the "Your Company" department , click on "Edit" next to your company details.
Alternatively you can contact us. Please let us know your account number and any details you wish to change, or if you prefer, that you wish to close your account.
