My delivery is late, what can I do?

We apologize that your order has not arrived yet. Track your order through the "Track and manage my orders" page.

We want to keep you informed. The confirmation email for your order will tell you the type of delivery you can expect. If the delivery is via carrier, you should receive a text message on the morning of the delivery and you can track your order here. You only need the order number and email address.
