What is the status of my refund?
After we process a refund for you, it may take 14 days for the amount to appear in your account.
Want to know how the process is going? It's easy! Just go to your Purchase History and click on "Cases".
Once we have processed your refund, it can take up to 14 working days before you see the amount in your account.
If you have returned an item or cancelled an order, we will refund the amount using the same payment method you used for the purchase. The refund begins as soon as we receive the returned items or confirm the cancellation online.
If it's been more than 14 working days and you still haven't received your money, please contact us. We're here to help.
