What should I do if a product is missing from my order?
It’s possible that your order has been split into multiple deliveries.
Is a full item missing?
Sometimes, your order may arrive in more than one delivery. If you’ve already received part of it, the rest might still be on its way.
To check, go to Track and manage your order and review the delivery details.
Is a part missing from the packaging of your item?
If you're assembling your product and notice a missing part — like a screw with a 6-digit number in the manual — you can order it for free via Spare parts.
If no further deliveries are expected or if a part is missing without a 6-digit identification number, please contact us - we’ll be happy to help.
