What do I do if I have a missing product in my order?

Your order can arrive in several deliveries.

Is a full article missing? Sometimes, we split orders into more than one delivery. If you've already received part of your order, the rest may be on the way. Check the details at Track and manage your order - the rest may be on the way.
Is a piece missing from the package?
When assembling the furniture, if you identify the piece by the 6-digit code in the manual, you can request it free of charge at spare parts.
Is there still something missing?
If there are no more deliveries scheduled or if the part does not have an identification number, Contact Us.
