How do I manage my IKEA Family account?
Your IKEA Family profile is the central place to keep your membership details up to date and manage your preferences. By logging into your account via the IKEA website or app, you can easily access the "Account" section.
What you can manage in your account:
- Update personal information: You can change your name, home address, email address, and other contact information to ensure your profile information is always up to date.
- Manage marketing preferences: Choose whether — and how — you want to receive marketing communications about IKEA products and services. You can accept or decline the sending of emails and SMS messages.
Please note that if you opt out of receiving emails, you may no longer receive special offers and surprises.
If you have opted in for receiving emails from IKEA Family but still haven’t received any emails, it’s also a good idea to check your email junk folder or spam folder, as sometimes messages can end up there. - Access digital invoices: All your receipts are saved automatically in your purchase history when you identify your membership, making returns and tracking expenses simple.
