I bought a product more than 365 days ago and I still haven't used the product. Can I still make a return?

If the item is unused or discontinued, in its original packaging and in a condition to be sold, you can receive a refund on a card, regardless of when you bought it.

 Please bear in mind that IKEA Portugal is solely and exclusively responsible for assessing the condition of the product or any damage to it.
