The appliance I bought has stopped working properly. What can I do?

Check the "Troubleshooting" section in the product manual and see if you can find the answer you need.

If you need to contact technical assistance, make sure that:

  •  You have the respective purchase invoice and that the item is within the warranty period;
  •  Which also has the IKEA article number (8-digit code) - this number will be on the purchase invoice, on the packaging or on some items on a label, affixed to the equipment itself. Then, consult the last page of the article's manual, where you can find the contact designated by IKEA for assistance with the appliance in Portugal.

If you don't have the manual with you, you can search for the product by name or reference, in the search field in the header of the website or IKEA application, and on the product page, find the information document (in PDF) under "Assembly instructions and other documents ".
