What can I do if I'm having trouble logging in to my IKEA Family account?
If you’re having issues logging into your IKEA Family account on the IKEA website or in the IKEA App, follow the steps in this guide depending on the issue you're facing.
Scenario 1: I forgot my password
You can sign in in two ways:
Option A: Reset your password
- On the login screen, click on "Forgot your password?"
- You'll receive an email or text message with instructions to create a new password.
Option B: Log in with a one‑time code
- Select "Log in with unique time code" on the sign-in screen.
- A temporary code will be sent to your registered email address or mobile phone number.
- Use that code to sign in without needing your password.
Scenario 2: I requested a password reset but didn’t receive an email
- Make sure you entered the correct email address linked to your IKEA Family account.
- Check your junk or spam folder — sometimes the reset email ends up there.
Scenario 3: I can't access the email address associated with my profile
If you no longer have access to the email address registered to your IKEA Family account and cannot reset your password, please contact IKEA support by typing "I want to talk to a human" in chat or by calling (+351) 21 989 99 45.
