I lost my physical IKEA Family card, where can I claim it?
Your IKEA Family card has no monetary value and there is no need to report it if it is lost or stolen.
Since we no longer have physical plastic cards - just digital ones with QR code and membership number, we recommend that you use the digital version of the card when purchasing in store, which you can find by logging into your profile in the IKEA app.
If you are at the checkout in one of our IKEA stores, you can also enter your mobile phone number to associate the purchase with your IKEA Family profile.
