I have lost my physical IKEA Family card, where can I report it?
Don't worry! 😊 The IKEA Family card has no monetary value, so there is no need to report it lost or stolen.
IKEA Family cards are now digital, with a QR code and membership number.
You can access the digital version by logging into the IKEA app.
If you are in an IKEA store, you can also enter your mobile number at the checkout to link your purchase to your IKEA Family profile.
