How do I activate my Taskrabbit account?
You can activate and set a password for your Taskabbit account either through a link in the email confirmation that you got from Taskrabbit when placing your order, or by visiting the Taskrabbit website or app.
If you do not have a Taskrabbit account yet, you can activate your Taskrabbit account in three ways:
E-mail: Click 'Set password' in your initial email from Taskrabbit that you received after booking your assembly on IKEA.pt. If you click on the email within 1 hour, you will be able to set a password immediately. If you click after 1 hour, Taskrabbit will allow you to create a password by providing your email address. Please use the same email address as in your IKEA order.
Taskrabbit website: Go to taskrabbit.com and click on 'Log in'. On the login screen, proceed by clicking on 'Create password'. This will ask you to input your email address, triggering Taskrabbit to send you a 'Set password' email with a link to create your password.
Taskrabbit app: Download and open the Taskrabbit app. Tap 'Log in' from the bottom of the screen and then create your password from the link at the bottom of the login page. This will ask you to put in your email address and send you an email with a link to set/create your password.
Please note that you must create and activate your Taskrabbit account to be able to proceed with your assembly.
