If corrosion or food stains arise, or if food burns and sticks, the pot/pan can be cleaned with steel wool or an abrasive sponge and then re-seasoned.

After washing, it always develops rust—I’m not sure if it’s due to our water or storage area, but it’s the only cookware that does this. Also, when used on max heat on an induction stove, it burns easily. This product is just weird and disappointing overall.1
