Step 1.
Book an appointment with us online. Don't worry, you will still be able to walk in the store and make an appointment. Our coworker in-store will assist you to make an appointment through our website.
Make sure you have your correct measurements with you before you made an appointment with us.
Step 2.
Once your appointment has been made, you will be notified by SMS or email with a booking number. Please prepare ahead with your floor plan, measurements, and photos taken to support your planning session.
You can always reschedule your appointment, at least 3 days before the date of your appointment. Or else, do make an appointment again.
Step 3.
During the appointment day, bring over your floor plan, measurements, and photos to support you so our assigned planner will be able to assist you in the planning process. Once you are satisfied with the planning process, we will generate a quote for you to proceed with your final purchase.
