How are Collect at IKEA Pick-up point and Click and collect from IKEA store carried out?

To use this service, add your desired products to your cart and select the "Pick up in store" or "Choose a Pick-up Point" option at checkout. Please select your preferred pick-up location and time slot. You will receive a confirmation email with the pick-up details. Once your order is ready, we will send you a notification to come and pick it up. Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid ID (driver's license, insurance card, etc.). If any issues arise during pick-up, please follow the instructions in the notification or contact the Customer Support Center.

How to order
  1. When using the online store, add your desired products to your cart.
  2. Proceed to the checkout screen, where you can first choose your pick-up method from "Pick up in store" or "Choose a Pick-up Point".
  3. Select your desired IKEA store or designated pick-up point, and choose a pick-up time slot. Only stores with available stock will be displayed.
  4. For online payments, you can use major credit cards, IKEA gift cards/return cards, and PayPay. Customers using the IKEA app (iOS) or Safari browser can also use Apple Pay. If you have a coupon code, please enter it on the shopping cart screen before proceeding to checkout.
  • If you are an IKEA Family member or meet the conditions for a service fee discount, the discount will be applied at checkout.
  • If orders are busy, your desired pick-up point may not be displayed, and alternative options may be shown. In that case, please try again in a day or two.
Check or change your order
  • An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. This email contains information about the pick-up date, time, and location. You cannot pick up your order before receiving this notification.
    *Please ensure you can receive emails from ikea.com.
  • If you change your mind before pick-up, you can check your order status, change the pick-up date/time, or cancel your order on Track and manage Orders page. Depending on the order's progress, you may not be able to make changes online.
    *You cannot move the pick-up date and time earlier.
    *For those picking up at the Sapporo Pick-up point, there is no need to contact us. Please come within one week of your scheduled pick-up date.
    *For those using the Sagawa Express Pick-up point in Hiroshima City, please contact Sagawa Express to change the date.
  • For Pick-up point or Click & collect from IKEA store, you cannot change products, the location of pick-up, or switch to delivery after the order is placed. Please cancel the order and place it again.
  • For Pick-up point, the order pick-up deadline is a maximum of 7 days. Please note that if you change the date to more than one week after the specified date, a holding fee of 2,000 yen per week will be charged. If we cannot contact you and the items are not picked up within one week of the specified date, the order will be cancelled. Please note that the service fee is non-refundable.
  • For Click & collect from IKEA store, your order will be held for 3 days from the pick-up date. If we cannot contact you and the items are not picked up for more than one week from the specified date, the order will be cancelled. In this case, please note that the service fee is non-refundable.
  • Please check your email regularly from purchase to pick-up for the latest updates.
Pick-up
  1. We will notify your registered email address when your order is ready for pick-up.
  2. Please check the location, opening hours, and pick-up procedure for your selected IKEA store or Pick-up Point. This information can be found on Pick-up services page.
  3. Please come to the designated pick-up location at the specified time (for IKEA stores, this is the 1st-floor Returns Counter or near the Product Pick-up Counter).
    *For the pick-up locations of eligible IKEA Pop-up stores, please check the respective IKEA Pop-up store pages.
  4. Please present your order confirmation, a valid ID (driver's license, insurance card, etc.), and proof of purchase. If someone is picking up on your behalf, they must bring the order confirmation and their own valid ID (driver's license, insurance card, etc.).
  5. Your products will be loaded onto a trolley for easy pick-up.
 
  • Products will be handed over without packaging. Please bring your own bags. If you have ordered large items, please check the package size on the product page beforehand to ensure they will fit in your vehicle.
  • Please check the size of the products in advance and ensure you have enough people to load them into your vehicle.
  • At each Pick-up Point, vehicles up to 4-ton trucks can be parked.
After receipt
Once you have picked up your order, please check that all items are present. If there are any issues with the products (missing, damaged, etc.), please contact the Customer Support Center (050-4560-0494, open 10:00-18:00).
Please note that we do not offer a delivery service from the Pick-up Point to your home.
