What are the Point-up point and Click & Collect?
With our Point-up point and Click & Collect from IKEA stores, you can order online and pick up your items at a point-up point or an IKEA store. It's a great way to save on delivery fees. This is perfect for those who want to pick up their orders at their own convenience. When you choose to pick up at a city store or a store within a commercial facility, you can also order items that are not available in that store.
- Pick-up point (for small items): From ¥1,000
※IKEA Family members and IKEA Business Network members only: ¥500
※Additionally, Free for IKEA Family and IKEA Business Network members with a purchase of ¥10,000 or more. - Point-up point (for large and small items): From ¥3,000
※IKEA Family members and IKEA Business Network members only: ¥2,000 ※Additionally, IKEA Family members and IKEA Business Network members receive free service fees for purchases over ¥25,000. - Product pickup centers in Hokkaido and Okinawa, the standard fee is ¥9,000.
※Exclusive for IKEA Family members or IKEA Business Network members: ¥8,000.
※IKEA Family members and IKEA Business Network members also receive a 50% discount to ¥4,000 for purchases over ¥25,000. - Click & Collect (in-store pick-up): ¥300
※Free for IKEA Family and IKEA Business Network members.
- Pick-up point (for small items): From as early as 3 days
- Pick-up point (for large and small items): From as early as 4 days
- Click & Collect (in-store pick-up): Selectable from the same day up to 10 days later
- Pick-up point (for small items): Total of 3 sides within 160cm, less than 30kg
- Pick-up point (for large and small items): No size limit, less than 300kg
- Click & Collect (in-store pick-up): No size or weight limit (For pick-up at city stores or stores within commercial facilities, the total of 3 sides must be within 160cm and less than 30kg)
