What are the Point-up point and Click & Collect?

With our Point-up point and Click & Collect from IKEA stores, you can order online and pick up your items at a point-up point or an IKEA store. It's a great way to save on delivery fees. This is perfect for those who want to pick up their orders at their own convenience. When you choose to pick up at a city store or a store within a commercial facility, you can also order items that are not available in that store.

Service fees:
    • Pick-up point (for small items): From ¥800
      ※Free for IKEA Family and IKEA Business Network members with a purchase of ¥5,000 or more.
    • Point-up point (for large and small items): From ¥3,900
      ¥5,300 for Pick-up point in Sapporo, ¥6,900 for Pick-up Point in Hakodate and Pick-up Point in Asahikawa, and ¥9,000 for Pick-up Point in Okinawa.
      ※Free for IKEA Family and IKEA Business Network members with a purchase of ¥5,000 or more. (For pick-up at Collection Point Okinawa, the fee is half price at ¥4,500).
    • Click & Collect (in-store pick-up): ¥300
      ※Free for IKEA Family and IKEA Business Network members.
Days until pick-up:
    • Pick-up point (for small items): From as early as 3 days
    • Pick-up point (for large and small items): From as early as 4 days
    • Click & Collect (in-store pick-up): Selectable from the same day up to 10 days later
Size and weight conditions:
    • Pick-up point (for small items): Total of 3 sides within 160cm, less than 30kg
    • Pick-up point (for large and small items): No size limit, less than 300kg
    • Click & Collect (in-store pick-up): No size or weight limit (For pick-up at city stores or stores within commercial facilities, the total of 3 sides must be within 160cm and less than 30kg)

Notes:
All items shipped to a Pick-up point are sent from a designated IKEA store. When purchasing on the IKEA online store, please check on the purchase screen if your desired Pick-up point is available. If applying at an IKEA store, please ask a co-worker. Also, please note that customers are responsible for loading items into their vehicles at the Pick-up point. The staff at the pick-up point cannot assist. We appreciate your understanding. Please check the size of your items in advance and ensure you have enough people to load them into your vehicle.
