What kind of service is Collect at IKEA Pick-up point or Click and collect at IKEA store ?

With Collect at IKEA Pick-up point or Click and collect at IKEA store, you can order online and pick up your products at the Pickup Center or IKEA store. You can save on shipping fees and save money. Ideal for those who want to receive their orders at a convenient time. If you pick up at a downtown store or a store inside a commercial facility, you can also pick up products not available at those stores.

Service fees
  •  Collect at IKEA Pick-up point (For small items): ¥1,000
    IKEA Family members and IKEA Business Network members: ¥500 *Items taken home directly from the store are not included in the minimum purchase amount required for free service eligibility.
  • Collect at IKEA Pick-up point　(For large furniture) ¥3,000
    IKEA Family members and IKEA Business Network members: ¥2,000 *Items taken home directly from the store are not included in the minimum purchase amount required for free service eligibility.
  • Collect at IKEA Pick-up point— Hokkaido & Okinawa: regular fee ¥9,000
    IKEA Family members or IKEA Business Network members: ¥8,000 *Items taken home directly from the store are not included in the minimum purchase amount required for the half-price service.
  • Click and collect at IKEA store: ¥300
    IKEA Family members and IKEA Business Network members are exempt from the Click and collect service fee. *At IKEA Shibuya and stores within commercial facilities (IKEA Yokohama Bay Quarter, IKEA Kyoto, IKEA Okayama, and IKEA Hiroshima), IKEA Family members are exempt from the service fee when the purchase amount is ¥2,000 or more.
Pickup lead times
  • Collect at IKEA Pick-up point (For small items) : from 3 days
  • Collect at IKEA Pick-up point (For large furniture) : from 4 days
  • Click and collect at IKEA store : selectable from same day up to 10 days later
Size and weight conditions
  •  Collect at IKEA Pick-up point (For small items) : sum of three sides up to 160 cm; under 20 kg
  •  Collect at IKEA Pick-up point (For large furniture) : no size limit; under 300 kg
  •  Click and collect at IKEA store: no size or weight limits
    (For city stores and stores within commercial facilities, each store may have its own size restrictions. Please check each store’s page for details.)
Where are the product pick‑up points?
There are pick‑up points nationwide. Find your nearest pick‑up point on the IKEA website: "Find a product pick‑up point."
Notes
  •  Shipments to product pick‑up points are only from designated IKEA stores. If you purchase through the IKEA online store, you can check on the purchase screen whether your preferred pick‑up point is available. If you apply at an IKEA store, please ask the staff.
  • Customers are required to load products into their vehicles at the pick‑up point. Staff at the pick‑up location cannot assist. Please check product sizes in advance and ensure you have enough people to load items into your vehicle.
  •  In-store pickup availability at city stores or stores within commercial facilities is limited to products stocked at specific stores (some products excluded):
    • IKEA Shibuya: stocked at IKEA Yokohama
    • IKEA Yokohama Bay Quarter: stocked at IKEA Yokohama
    • IKEA Kyoto: stocked at IKEA Tsuruhama
    • IKEA Okayama: stocked at IKEA Kobe
