There are delivery and pickup services, what should I consider when choosing?
To choose the best service method, please consider the size and weight of your order. Please use small parcel shipping for small and lightweight products, and large shipping for large and heavy items. If you want to pick up the product in person, please use the product pickup service or store pickup. If you wish to have it delivered, you can check the available time zones, delivery days, and shipping costs based on your zip code and your order.
Product size and service type:
For small items (like home furnishing accessories, textiles, decorations, etc.) with total dimensions within 160 cm and weighing less than 20 kg, you can choose Parcel delivery, collecting at a pick-up point, or Click & Collect at IKEA store.
For large and heavy items (with total dimensions of 160 cm or more, or weighing 20 kg or more), you can choose Large delivery ("delivery to your front door" or "delivery into a room of your choice"), collect at a pick-up point, or Click & Collect from IKEA store (excluding City stores, stores within commercial facilities, and applicable IKEA pop-up stores).
Delivery and pickup schedule:
The number of days, time of day, and service fee vary depending on your zip code, order content, order amount, and product availability. Please be sure to check the date and time on the confirmation email when placing your order.
