What are the differences in eligible product sizes and weights for the various delivery and pick-up services?
To choose the best service method, please consider the size and weight of your order. Please use small parcel shipping for small and lightweight products, and large shipping for large and heavy items. If you want to pick up the product in person, please use the product pickup service or store pickup. If you wish to have it delivered, you can check the available time zones, delivery days, and shipping costs based on your zip code and your order.
Delivery Service
- Total dimensions (length + width + height) of the product must be within 160 cm.
- Must be less than 20 kg per box.
- Per order: Within 0.17 m³ in volume and 40 kg in weight.
- Per item: No single side may exceed 170 cm, volume must be within 0.14 m³, and weight must be within 30 kg.
- This service is for items/orders that exceed the size and weight limits for the "Truck delivery for compact large items" service.
Product Pick-up Service
- Total dimensions (length + width + height) must be within 160 cm.
- Maximum product weight: 20 kg.
- Exclusively for items that qualify for large-item delivery.
- Maximum product weight: 300 kg.
- IKEA Shibuya: Per order, total dimensions must be within 600 cm, with no single side exceeding 200 cm, and a maximum weight of 30 kg.
- IKEA Yokohama Bay Quarter: Per order, total dimensions must be within 600 cm, with no single side exceeding 200 cm, and a maximum weight of 30 kg.
- IKEA Kyoto: Per order, total dimensions must be within 480 cm, with no single side exceeding 160 cm, and a maximum weight of 60 kg.
- IKEA Okayama: Per order, total dimensions must be within 480 cm, with no single side exceeding 160 cm, and a maximum weight of 60 kg.
- IKEA Hiroshima: Per order, total dimensions must be within 600 cm, with no single side exceeding 200 cm, and a maximum weight of 50 kg.
